Cute Little Wedding Maps

So, I find myself in a dilemma.  I got my wedding invitations and was all set to stuff and send off the goods.... unfortunately, I need a cute little insert for inside the invitation with a map and a little note about the "Catholic gap" between the ceremony and reception.

(And I'm in a hurry, so OF COURSE the dang picture I have of said map won't insert into this post.  FINE.)

In my delusional mind, this was something I could make myself.  And if I had an extra day, I totally would.  Unfortunately, I work for the next 8 days straight before leaving for my bachelorette party, and I want to have the invitations done by then.

So, no.  I've found a billion different options on Etsy, but there are so many price ranges and options that I don't even know what to do with myself!

Anybody have experience with someone who can make these kinds of things?

I'm lost.

What kind of "cute little insert" are you talking? Just a simple map, or something fancy...?

Erin at Fleur de lis and Football did one that came out great!

I literally went to Google Maps, put the hotel location as the start-point and the ceremony/reception venue as the end point to create a map, did a "print screen" on that joker and then created a postcard in Vistaprint with that and the hotel info.

But in the interests of time, you could import that image into Word with directions/instructions and any other info, make sure you set the document up to a size that will fit easily within your envelopes and print it as many times as needed onto cardstock. Trim to fit and you're ready to roll!

Honestly I would skip them...most people have phones, GPS, or look it up on their own. I don't see them often anymore and if they don't really go with your invites it can look off. Plus it's less stress!!
