- Despite being really busy, it's been an easy month. The weather is nicer, we can laugh together without wanting to murder each other... it's a good time.
- Mr. RH got a big promotion at work!! I haven't shared much on the blog because it was such a raw subject for both of us - but Mr. RH was downsized from his job at a bank in the few months before our wedding. As in - I was running around like a crazy person and he was unexpectedly free. It was hard and humbling and really scary. He got a job before the wedding, but it wasn't something he could really grow into. But this month - it happened. And we are so grateful!
- Is it bad that I can't think of any?

Being downsized sucks, being downsized right before a BIG, life-changing event is scary. Congratulations on weathering the storm and coming out on top. Congrats and best of luck with the promotion!
Yay!! So happy he got a job he's going to love!!
I got laid off 2 months AFTER our wedding - boy I wish it was 2 months BEFORE since we all know the bride has a bazillion things to do leading up to the big day. I loved being a housewife but it doesn't pay well, er, at all so I'm starting work next month.
YAY for big news! And summer weather. Can't wait to hear more! Congratulations to you both!
