"I Really Like You"

Hello, lovelies.

Yesterday on Twitter I sent out an innocent little tweet.

I believe I may have started a (small) wave of nostalgia that only girls can understand.

I am looking for a copy of Dream Phone. I know Susan says she has a copy but I want to cover all my bases. So if you have one you want to sell me... I'll pay good money for that game!! The ones on eBay are selling for like $50!

Did you ever play Dream Phone? Do you understand the awesomeness of that giant pink phone?

Did you think Steve was the hottest guy in the game? (Cause he totally was.)

By the way, if you haven't played Dream Phone and have no clue what I'm talking about... the game is a cross between Clue and um, well I dunno the other one. You have a list of potential traits that could belong to your dream crush, and then you call up a whole list of guys and they help you eliminate these traits until you can narrow down your crush to one guy.

You call that guy and he (hopefully) exclaims, "You're right, I really like you."

I know, riveting.

So do you know the awesomeness of Dream Phone? And, more importantly, do you have a copy you want to sell to me? Cause I'm not even ashamed to pay for it.

Happy walk down memory lane... and Happy Monday!

How weird!! I was just thinking about writing about Dream Phone!!! I loved that game! I still have it, I don't think I will sell it though! I can't believe they are going for $50, I bought it at a yard sale when I was little for cheap!

This was my favorite thing! No joke--in my sorority we once were all sitting around talking about old games, so we bought this. And Pretty Pretty Princess if you remember that! Sooo much fun.

I thought about you last night, have you tried the library? I know some larger public libraries have games that you can check out. Worth a try, you know you will not play it enough to get your $50 worth! haha I'm sure mine is in my playhouse outside under piles of Christmas decorations. Tweet me if you can't find one and I will go digging!
