Who Are You?

Every time I open up the computer, I look forward to seeing the comments from the people on the other side of the screen - the people who read my posts.

Even more than that, I look forward to opening my Reader and seeing what is happening in their lives. (Seriously, I am obsessed with my Google Reader. When I get through the whole reader, I become a little bit depressed. I always just want moore!)

So in my quest to know everyone better, I was hoping some of you would help me out.

I know we all entered each others stories at different points, so most of us haven't necessarily caught up on the history.

Would you be so kind as to leave me a comment to a link of your favorite post? A link of the best post you've ever written?

Because I know I (and maybe some of my other readers) would really love to read them.

I'll go first.

My favorite serious post is this post about my mom.

My favorite fun post is one from this summer, the one about my dresses.

Won't you please leave me a comment to a few of your favorite posts??

What a great idea!!! I'd have to say the age old question and post that everyone wants to read, would have to be my beauty secrets. So here it is: http://hendersons01.blogspot.com/2009/06/beauty-secrets.html
Enjoy!!!

Hi Sarah -- I am Sarah, too :) I have been reading you for a while, and I really enjoy your honesty about post-college life. One of my recent favorite posts from my blog is this tale of my out of control washing machine - http://sarahrosemary.blogspot.com/2009/07/attack-of-out-of-control-washing.html. We just bought a house, and it always seems like one thing after another!

Well, I don't know if it's my best post, but it does tell a few things about me - I had to write up 10 things about myself when I won an award: http://abreadwinnerwife.blogspot.com/2009/08/tagged.html

I was also happy to organize my jewelry box and display the difference in this post: http://abreadwinnerwife.blogspot.com/2009/08/temporary-jewelry-solution.html

Hey darlin'! I've been catchin' up on you lately since us classy and fabulous girls have to stick together! You had me at the books. And then the broken sunglasses. Bless your heart. (You can tell that I'm a recent reader, I know.)

You simply MUST MUST MUST read ANYTHING by Jane Green. And go pick up "The Crowning Glory of Calla Lily Ponder" by Rebecca Wells - the author of The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood. You'll absolutely lurrrv it.

As far as blogs, well, I do quite a bit of my own. I've only published publicly in recent days, much to the proddin' of my people in the South. So feel free to catch up at www.fanniefynn.com at your own pace.

Lookin' forward to gettin' to know more about you!

Cheers,
Fannie Fynn

I think my favorite post would be this one:

Sorry, catching up on my blog role this week. Too much work, too little time on the Internet. I'm Tara from http://icanthelpitimjustme.blogspot.com/. I haven't been reading you all that long but this one : http://inmyblondelife.blogspot.com/2009/07/lonely.html really meant something to me. It's exactly the place that I was at when I started blogging not all that long ago. I don't know that I can give you a favorite from my blog, but either my first entry or this one: http://icanthelpitimjustme.blogspot.com/2009/07/partys-over.html would probably be my favorite. If anyone visits, please be aware right off the bat, I've been a little off lately. Love your writing, keep it up!

This is a great idea, Sarah!! I hadn't read the post about your Mom since I've only been reading your blog for a few months...It brought tears to my eyes. It was SO very well done. I admire your writing *and* your strength.

My favorite post from This Minneapolis Life is probably my engagement story! (Which you commented on so I suppose I don't need to post a link, lol.)

Hmm....

For a serious post I would have to say it would be the post about my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. http://broadwayboundsarah.blogspot.com/2009/07/official-first-year.html

For a fun post I guess it would have to be fun facts about me

It's so hard to choose a favorite....but since this one is about the heart that walks outside my body, it's the most touching -

And if you want to know how others see me.... http://agirlinthesouth.blogspot.com/2009/07/i-have-funny-friends.html - this post links to a friend's blog post about me.

Fun idea!

Fun idea! But? I am kind of lame. So I will go with my one and only stab at a fiction writing prompt, which is here, http://shanaob.blogspot.com/2009/08/prompt-tuesday-blind-date-edition.html

and my most recent post lamenting the horror of shopping for a new computer, http://shanaob.blogspot.com/2009/08/overwhelming-much.html
