I Live Next Door to Mrs. Draper

So about 2 weeks ago, after hearing Mrs. Newlywed tweet and blog about Mad Men, I decided I needed to take the plunge. Of course, I decided I needed to watch Season 2's 12 episodes at about the same time I needed to renovate this new house, so it was definitely a challenge.

But I caught up and watched the premiere last Sunday and I have seriously become possessed.

First of all, come to momma Mr. Don Draper.

This man is soo good looking. I just wish he'd start to treat his wife better... I think they make such a beautiful couple.

Speaking of the Mrs., January Jones is just stunning as Mrs. Draper.

I am seriously thinking of cutting my hair similar to hers. I love how it looks when she wakes up during the night and it's all messy and cute. She. is. gorgeous.

My favorite character on the show is Joan. She practically runs the agency, and I love her.

I would do just about anything to have her hair for a day. And maybe her body.

I also loove Mr. Sterling. He's just a sexy silver fox, that's all I'm sayin.

Yum.

And last but not least, I hate Pete.

I hope he gets hit by a car soon. Or maybe one of the ladies on the show will finally punch him.... I can only dream.

I went to introduce myself to my new neighbor yesterday. Imagine the conversation.

Sarah: Hi, I'm Sarah. We just moved into the Miller's old house. Blah blah blah.

Neighbor: Hi, I'm Mrs. Draper. I'm a widow, so I love her all alone... blah blah blah.

Sarah: {no words, just a stunned silence}.

Neighbor: Well, it was really great to meet you, Sarah.

Sarah: You too, Mrs. Draper(!!!)

In conclusion, I live next door to Mrs. Draper. Can't wait to see her tonight on Mad Men.
