This morning, I sucked at The Shred. A combo of cramps and exhaustion pretty much screwed up my whole routine. So instead of wallowing in my pity I decided to have a snack and forget about it.
And I think S'Mores on a rainy day definitely accomplished that.
Step 1: Graham Crackers.Step 2: Hershey chocolate and Marshmallows.
Step 3: 15 Seconds in the Microwave.
Step 4: Add more graham crackers and eat.
Class dismissed.
