Did you catch Oprah today? She talked to Maria Shriver about being yourself, and living as yourself.

I could use that book right now. It would be so nice to know what or who I am... I just don't right now. I think that the show was just so inspiring and good... I might have to watch it again when it repeats at midnight.

I am fascinated by the fact that all the women in the audience could relate. Does anybody know who they are? And if so, where can I find them....
