Love You Forever

Have you ever read the children's book "Love You Forever"?
It's my favorite children's book.

My mom used to read it to me when I was little, and I could never understand why she almost always cried. Now that she's gone, I know why.

I can get through almost the whole book, until the little boy grows up and his mom is old and sick... and then I lose it.

Tomorrow is the 7-month anniversary of my mom's death.


"Love you forever, like you for always - as long as I'm living my mommy you'll be."
