Occupy Something That Matters!

Maybe I'm just jaded - or uneducated or dumb - but if I hear anything else about occupying Wall Street (or any other damn street) I'm going to lose my mind.  I don't know how to articulate it any better than to say: I don't care.  Feel free to occupy whatever the hell you choose but for the love of God I really don't want to hear about it.  Anywhere.  Twitter, the news.  Any. damn. where.

Seriously.

Mr. RH was about to get a smackdown when he saw my tweet and texted me asking if I wanted to occupy Wall Street with him.  NOT. FUNNY.

So, if you've been living under a rock (I have!), People Magazine named Bradley Cooper the Sexiest Man Alive of 2011.

If you are me, you will wonder... umm, what EXACTLY did Bradley Cooper do in 2011?  Umm... yeah.  Imdb.com hear my prayers.... they say in 2011 he was in Hangover Pt. 2 and Limitless.  If you have never heard of Limitless raise your hand... waves arms wildly in the air.

So, yeah.  Poor choice People magazine... let's see if people.com remains my #1 most visited website for long....

And then, I saw a Gawker.com article last night that restored my faith in humanity.  My faith in the fact that people are good and hilarious and my kind of people.

Occupy People Magazine.

Tens if not twenties of people lined up outside the People Magazine headquarters to declare their message:

Bradley Cooper is just fine,
But Ryan Gosling is divine.
This year?  Mr. Gosling has been in 3 movies and Crazy Stupid Love was possibly the sexiest movie I've ever seen.

Case and point?  This photo.  And his wardrobe for the movie.  Holyshit.

I don't want to be scandalous or embarrass him, but I'm pretty sure Mr. RH got turned on by this movie and it wasn't from Emma Stone.  Just sayin!

But really, who can blame him??

Ryan Gosling.  The REAL Sexiest Man Alive 2011.

Occupy something REAL, friends.  Celebrity magazines.

Yeah I agree with you! Mr. and I are so over it that we have taken to twitter to occupy other things.

For example I may have tweeted.

The dog keeps eating poop from the litter box, I am going to #occupyprotest the litter box.

Whoops. I know I should care more.

Occupy People Magazine is a cause I can get behind. I was shocked to see Bradley Cooper at the "sexiest" man alive. Ummm...no.

I feel the same way about Twilight and Tim Tebow that you do about OWS. Haha! I'm not a Twihard and I am sick of the FB statuses about the movie last night. And I'm sick of my co-workers arguing over whether Tebow is a good football player or not.

Now, Ryan definitely should have gotten sexiest man of the year! Bradley Cooper?! Yeah, like three years ago maybe. Speaking of, I have yet to see Ryan's new movie. I see a Netflix night in my near future! Happy Friday hun!

XOXO

Occupy D.C. is a huge thing down our way right now, so yes -- it's everywhere! I haven't been following the whole thing too closely, but anything that's in the news constantly gets annoying.

And Ryan Gosling? Yes, please. Double yes. Not too keen on Bradley Cooper, though he's... eh. Fine, I guess.

My facebook status last month was "if you support occupying anything you will no longer be occupying my fb newsfeed" k thanks.

Ryan Gosling for the WIN! I do love Bradley Cooper, though, I can't deny that. Setting looks aside, which Ryan would totally win, he should get it for his work alone. Oscar nominated, what up? Or even the fact that his interviews are always hilarious.

I'm hearing on the web that People Mag's reason is that they never choose a non-American back-to-back for SMA. Very silly reasoning, if you ask me.

And I'm sick and tired of this Kim K wedding sham being news. #Occupycelebmags indeed.

PS: I just found your blog and I love it (as you can probably tell by this huge comment). Newest follower!

Although I agree Bradley Cooper is not the sexiest man, I'd have to pass on Ryan as well. My vote would have been for Ryan Reynolds! Yum!
