Somebody Call the Wambulance

Wambulance -- a fictional ambulance or rescue squad for someone who cries or whines, most often without provocation.

Today I woke up with high aspirations of writing a lovely little post about the books I've read recently. I've been on a roll since my last post about books.

But last night at work I dislocated my pinky finger. And since then it's been KILLING me. Seriously, how can one tiny pinky cause so much agonypain? (Geesh Sarah - dramatic much?)

Anybody else want to whine today? Comment on your gripes and I will commiserate!

Speaking of whining - this weather. It's been pouring rain for 24 hours.

Whine whine whine. Somebody call the wambulance.

And tomorrow I shall talk books.

Go forth and whine.

Actually, leave you whine here and go forth and be happy.

Although if you want to leave your wine I will accept that too.

a dislocated pinky?! That's so funny! I can imagine it DOES hurt! One time I had to take my dad to the doctor for injuring his hand stapling something - like the way he pushed down on it did something to the muscles and he was in a lot of pain!

Okay, onto my whining...Wednesday I have to drive 2.5 hours to take a random entrance exam for a school I'm applying to. The applicants just found out about it 2 weeks ago, and I have to take a day off work, and spend the night with my in-laws so I will be there at 9am! So over all these applications!

Okay, wow, that feels better! Hope you enjoy your second week of work! :)

Awww poor thing!! I bet that hurts terribly!! I'm not going to whine about anything.. it is raining today and I am trying to keep myself thinking about positives only so that I don't get all rain-sad. HA!

Oh geez, I hope you feel better! I bet it hurts as bad as jamming your baby toe.

My whine for the day - the massive amount of work I have to get done for school and the exercising I need to do but with zero energy to do it!

Whining is the best. I'm really super good at it, if you ever need any additional tips. So sorry about the rain and the pinky. Look at it this way - you could be dealing with freezing coldness & brown (leftover) snow everywhere like Nebraska - ew!

Whining is good, especially for us girls we have prerogatives to whine. Especially during that time of the month or whenever we're in pain. Example, your pinky. Hope it gets better.

Poor pinkie! I bet that hurts. Hope it feels better soon.

Here's my whine for the day: I have to drive to Miami (4 hours from my house each way) to change the name on my passport because I forgot to do so after I got married and changed my name and now it's too late to do it by mail before the trip. On top of that, you can't make the appt. until 14 days before the trip. But I have a free plane ride to Miami 16 days before my trip. They don't care. I have to drive down another day. Grrr.

Ouch! How did you manage to dislocate your pinkie? And you were working on a Sunday night? For some reason I assumed your job was a regular M-F 9-5 gig.

Not much to whine about at the moment on my end. But I'm sure once I submit this comment something'll pop up!

I started off my day by sweeping away some lint from my shirt that actually turned out to be mascara and I smeared it everywhere!!! WHINE.

How did you dislocate your pinky finger?! I didn't know this new job was dangerous!

How the heck did you do that to your pinky??

I am going to refrain from the complaining... on here anyways. 'Cause pretty much every thought out of my brain on my blog is a rant lately.

I have not wine - but I have some bud light, does that count? And for me? I got a gigantic zit on my chin today, does that count?

Oh my goodness. I don't blame you for whining about your pinkie. OUCH!!! I want to whine about the weather. Spring needs to hurry up soon!!! You should start "Whiner Wendesday". LOL!!! XOXO

I just have to know how you dislocated your pinky. I am sure that is terrible pain! Here is my whine... I wish that it would stop snowing so much and warm up! I know that I have been lucky here in Northern Ohio but I just wish that winter was over and that it would get warmer so that I could start dressing in cute spring clothes!

Dislocated your pinky? Ouch! How did you manage that?

Don't feel bad about whining. Sometimes we all need to vent a little bit. What do you think girlfriends are for?

I think anything dislocated would hurt. Whine away. That's what I would do :)

Dislocated pinky? Torrential rain for 24 hours straight? You DO need a glass of wine. Hope the sun comes out soon!!

It's supposed to rain here too through Sunday. And I feel fat! And I hate all my clothes. And spring seems sooo far away.

There, that's my vent(s)!
