Hi Mom,
I miss you so much today.
I woke up and realized today that I had forgotten to send Grandma a card today. I remembered on Friday, and then forgot again today.
I still have a card in my closet at home that I had wanted to give to you. I've had it for 3 or 4 years but I always forgot about it when Mother's Day rolled around.
Mom, I know you're all around me all the time, but I selfishly wish you were here here. It's just not the same now.
I miss you smile and I miss our trips to the mall together. I wish I hadn't taken our time together for granted. 
I love you mom.

This is beautiful, yet sad and so sincere. :( Mother's day really gives people these feelings, you guys were close. I think she must've really think you're a good daughter too :')
