Cake Balls by Sarah

Spent the majority of my day yesterday making cake balls. I will spend the rest of the week trying not to eat them before Saturday.

What's Saturday? A bachelorette party for one of my college roommates. A surprise party, I might add.

Trying to work out the logistics when all of the attendees live in different cities is a bit mind-boggling.

Hence why I need a nap at 10 am on a Tuesday.

    Those turned out really well! How do you make them so smooth - I've had trouble keeping the outer coating liquidy and getting it on all the balls in time.
