Can I just say that Sunday night's Grammys were ROUGH? Thank GOD I had twitter to entertain me or it could have been a disaster.
However, there was a moment or two of awesomeness.
I loved Eminem and RiRi and oh hello there Dr. Dre, you are looking quite fatherly these days.
But my most-favorite moment?
Cee Lo Green and Gwyneth Paltrow bringing down the house.
(Image from here)Seriously, I'm not normally a Gwyneth fan but it was just inspired. The outfit, the duet, everything.
And Mick Jagger was pretty awesome too.

I'm with you on the Grammys...but Gwen rocked the house! She is my new idol! Loved her performance --- and those earrings!
ReplyDeleteThe Cee Lo performance was my favorite too! The muppets just made me die!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED that performance with Gwenyth!
ReplyDeleteI loved the Cee Lo performance, and I LOVED the Avett Brothers/Mumford & Sons set. WOW.
ReplyDeleteagreed, wasn't the best Grammy's (i remember last year's being GREAT!) but Gwynnie did great! I though Gaga was overrated (but i still love her) and Mumford and Sons were amazing!
ReplyDeleteI totally missed ALL of the Grammy's!!! :(
ReplyDeletethat was my favorite performance as well. gywnnie looked amazing.
ReplyDeleteI thought Rihanna, Dre, and Eminem ROCKED IT!! I'm now obsessed with that I Need A Doctor song! Lol!
ReplyDeleteHope you're gaving a great day girl! :)
Is it bad that I thought the best thing about the Grammy's was the Twitter convos?!?
ReplyDeleteI was a bit thrown off with the Muppet thing, but I love Gwyneth. My favorite was Rihanna and Eminem. They brought down the house.
Cee Lo's performance had everyone in my house laughing, clapping and singing along -- I'll admit it! Definitely zany, but that's what I loved about it.
ReplyDeleteI love that Cee Lo gave me 8 months to get my Halloween costume together.
ReplyDeleteOn a completely unrelated note: I awarded you the Stylish Blogger Award! Detes on my blog at caffeineandcocktails.blogspot.com.
Loved Gwynnie!!
